2019 Hamfest

The Parry Sound Amateur Radio Club 2019 Hamfest is now in the books and is over for another year.

It was a fantastic event that was well received.

The parking lot was packed by 10:00 AM, we estimate that there were upwards of 100 people in attendance. Lots of great deals and the opportunity to meets other HAMs in person.

I would like to thank all our sponsors who supported the Hamfest with door prizes.

We hope that everyone who attended will be back next year. It has now become a tradition that we hold the PSARC Hamfest the second Saturday of August. We have held large events like this in the past (early 1990’s) but after a long hiatus we decided to start over.

We hope to keep this tradition alive, but we could not have done it without all of our volunteers, sponsors, vendors and most importantly the people that came out to support the PSARC Hamfest.

We look forward to seeing everyone next year August 8, 2020 same spot and same time.
